Should I get Cannon 90 D?

I have some cannon lens EF and EF-S. My current camera broke. I want to get a new camera for portait and daily shooting  and video. Not sure if I should go fro mirrorless. I tried Cannon EOS RP. I don't like it.  Any suggestions
