相约在冬季

                       相约在冬季——短耳鸮（Short-eared Owl)
   东部Conowingo Dam白头鹰节的热闹已过，西边的短耳鸮悄悄的热闹起来。随着冬季的到来，很多滩涂，湿地都能看到短耳鸮的英姿。12月初有两天难得阳光灿烂日，在一块湿地海湾边，短耳鸮就在附近草丛灌木上飞来飞去。不常落在树上的它居然在一根光光的灌木枝上几起几落，萌萌的眼神，搞笑的姿势，非常可爱。还在空中成双成对调情，打斗；深深的草丛中抓到老鼠还飞起来秀秀，不知道多少次冲着我的镜头飞来，真是像我们相约在冬季的老朋友！
