No. If some one makes such a lens, it will weigh a ton.

However, there is a Tamron and Sigma 18-200mm f/3.5-f6 (approximately).

The Sigma 18-200mm is known to have autofocusing problems with Canon cameras. My copy has autofocusing problem between 135mm and 200mm. It manually focuses fine. You can also use a parfocal technique between 135mm-200mm.

So, I would recommend Tamron 18-200mm instead.
