What they are saying is the punishment should fit the crime.

 

And by reading that article of this relative of Chin, it appears to me that she is doing nothing but using this relationship for her own consumption. 

Being a relative of Chin doesn't automatically qualify you to be the right spoke person. Especially not when you equalize the killing of Gurley to Chin as a hate crime.
