急问：狗狗有四天没便便了怎么办

昨天已经看过vet了。照了x－ray。 说是便便都积在肠子的上半部，没有足够的bowel movement没能排出来

自己前两天喂了pumpkin puree。昨天vet打了增加bowel movement的针，今天用了fleet enema，都没有用。还有什么办法吗？？
