thanks 863211 for the prompt reply. The thing is that I left the previous employer before I-485 pending 180 days. I guess that's the reason the law firm wanna file new PERM, I-140 and I-485 for me as backup, of course they wanna make money too. I don't have problem filing new I-140 and I-485 for me - employer is paying for that.
But I'm just concerned about the timing, my PD is Oct. 2005, the bulletin is now Aug. 2005, so the question is more like: is it good timeing now filing the new I-140 and request the new I-140 be interfiled with the pending I-485?
Will filing the new I-140 affect my pending I-485?
