But I'm just concerned about the timing, my PD is Oct. 2005, the bulletin is now Aug. 2005, so the question is more like: is it good timeing now filing the new I-140 and request the new I-140 be interfiled with the pending I-485?

Will filing the new I-140 affect my pending I-485?
-No. But you have to a non-immigration status (e.g. H1)or parolee to file another I-485.
