我的排期已经到了， 是同时file 140 & 485好， 还是先只file140好？

律师建议先只做１４０， 等１４０ 批准再交４８５。 说是同时交的话， 万一１４０被拒， ４８５也不会开始处理。 可是１４０一般要６个月甚至更长时间， 这样我要等１４０批准才能交４８５和AP, 那就等得太长了， 怕出什么麻烦呀。 而且万一被lay off, ４８５过半年的条件可能无法满足。

大家都是怎么做的？ 我还是想一起交了。 多谢建议！！
