当然要同时file 140 & 485

首先，140没有排期（只有485有排期），随时可以file。在排期没有到之前，你的律师没有给你先file 140，已经骗了你。
其次，律师是雇主雇的，他当然要替雇主说话。

同时file 140 & 485，在485 pending 180天之后，可以随便换工作。如果140已批，原雇主即使revoke，也对你没有影响。

I140 belongs to the employer. I485, on the contrary, is your own property. Once the I140 is approved and I485 has been pending for more than 180 days, you are free to leave the original sponsor as long as you have a simliar job offer.
