我在纽约和NJ买房投资。来盘点一下：

纽约市郊

1）自主房25年前36万买的，后来down size 搬出。房子出租了$4000/月。已经10年。现在房价90万（zillow估价）

2）现在自住房10年前30.5万买，现在市价60万。（zillow估价）

3）一套三家庭投资房8年前买的44万，租金6000/月，现在80万。（银行估价）

4）一套2家庭投资房7年前买的23万，租金5000/月，现在70万。（zillow估价）

5）NJ， 一套两家庭town house， 5年前31万买，租金3200/yue, 现在48万 （zillow估价）

觉得比其他地区好。
