领馆委托公证

我原是中国公民，现为美国公民。

我想办一个委托公证， 委托一个朋友把国内的房子卖掉。

是否填好领馆网站上的委托书表格，带护照去领馆，当天就可办理？

有办过的帮忙告诉我具体流程和细节。 谢谢！
