OK the if you have not read my last two posts, please read them before reading this:

actually we can obviously optimize the solution from my last post.
1- go to a point D (D>10, say 14.14). turn right for (135 degree).
2- go straight for 10 (this is a point you are 10 from the center)
3- then go through a half cycle
4- when finish half cycle, go straight for 10.

so the total distance is:
1: 14.14 (10^sqr2)
2: 10
3: 31.41
4: 10

total 65.55
