Quant 面试题：高兴指数（2星）

听到和我隔一个座位的人出题
n个男的和个n女的随机的坐成一排。他们的高兴指数是男女相邻的总数，例如一男一女相间，则高兴指数是2n-1，而男女各坐一边，则高兴指数是1。问高兴指数的期望值是多少？
