独木桥上偶遇凤姐咋办？（智力题）

有一条长 20 米的独木桥。凤姐从独木桥东40米处出发，要经过独木桥，凤姐每分钟走20米。我从独木桥西 30 米处出发，也要经过独木桥，我每分钟走10米。我们同时出发，能在独木桥上相遇吗？为什么？ 什么方法过桥最快？
