关于素数的题目求助

这是数学课的一道题目：
The only time 1 is the difference of two primes is when the primes are 2 and 3 (2 minus 1 doesn't count).
Prove your answer.

我想应该是对的，因为2和3应该是最接近的素数了，大于3的素数都是6n+1或6n-1的，理论上都会大于1，但是怎么用最简单的方法证明并解释给一个小学生听呢？先谢谢诸位大侠了。
