1) The correct answer (99.5%) was posted by endodsuburbia on 1/31/2010. The answer was logically well written (so maybe that's the excuse to understand?).
2) Jinjing did not get it (so did you, or you’ve never read) and questioned the same day.
3) The correct answer was posted again in plain language the same day by wxczcbm to help the rest of the readers.
4) Now Jinjing understood (and I even joked at him/her… slowness- now my apologies to Jinjing).

So, may I assume you still did not get it, or you still have not read it - initially, after wxczcbm’s explanation, and even after I teased at you yesterday?
