first think too big or too small number will limit the possibility. roughly exclude numbers that below 10 and greater than 27.

With similar approach, we can exclude all the other number but 14.

You see that I think as the way as an elementary schooler, just feeling it is approachable. Could you please let me know if you have a better idea? :)
