1. 3 and 4 walking, 1,2,5 on the car
2. drops 5 then 2 then go back.
3. pick up 4 then 3
So it is 2 and 3 really count. But 3 should walk first, not 2.

Then all the important points on the road will break the road into 3 parts: x(0 -> pick 3) y(pick 3 -> drop 2) z (the rest)
x+y+z=1000
x/3=(x+2y)/10
z/2=(2y+z)/10
then you do the math.
