Doesn't matter.
The question: "whether you have ever lied in answering the first K questions " is equivalent to "whether the number is: (the number assuming she had been honest with the first K answers)"
Other questions can also be formed using the constrain you just mentioned.

But I guess this might not be the optimal one, because the K+1 th question may end the game too 'early' in some cases, which might be at the cost of longer time in other cases.
