可接受的分配方案

两个人分蛋糕，理想的分法是每人1/2。由于没有工具，无法绝对平均。
是否有个分配方案，使两人都认为自己分到的不少于1/2。

假如是N个人分，是否可以设计一个分配方案，使所有人都认为自己分到的不少于1/N？
