第十四条 初步核实后，

由参与核实的人员写出初步核实情况报告，纪检机关区别不同情况作出处理：

(一)反映问题失实的，应向被反映人所在单位党组织说明情况，必要时还应向被反映人说明情况或在一定范围内予以澄清；

(二)有违纪事实，但情节轻微，不需追究党纪责任的，应建议有关党组织作出恰当处理；

(三)确有违纪事实，需要追究党纪责任的，应予立案。
