1.市场导向性

IT圈里都知道市场的重要性，没有市场就没有一切。然而当市场和技术不能很好的融合到一个大脑或者智囊团中，都没用了。做技术出身的人往往不可避免地追求新技术，追求炫，一旦技术的兴奋超过了市场的把握和用户体验的反馈，很难成功。这也是大多数做技术出身的人的通病，而做互联网的人有不少是技术出身的，要是自己市场意识能偶尔被技术意识压制，而身边又缺乏有地位的市场头脑，做出来的网站充其量也只能算是铜矿。这道理谁都懂，只是想和做是两码事，从投资人的视角去分辨会更客观些。

联想曾经一个重要的战略转移就是柳传志由“技经贸”向“贸经技”的转变，这个变革可以说是联想后来成功的最大因素。

“科学技术是第一生产力”这句话不知道有没有人质疑过，但它用到今天的市场经济的微观主体是需要修正的。学过物理的人都知道，力是矢量，市场经济中的科学技术只能算是生产力的大小，生产力的方向是由市场和政策的导向决定的。
