你洗葱会不会先竖切一刀？

今天学单手打鸡蛋。结果没弄好，糊了满手蛋液，5个鸡蛋打碗里还有不少碎蛋壳。哈哈，今晚只好吃蛋炒饭了。。。

不过，做蛋炒饭洗葱的时候，想起小时候大人教的“洗葱先竖切一刀”。说是这样就能把葱洗得更干净。不知大家是否也有这个习惯？想想有时用小葱做凉菜，或用葱花吃面，直接把葱撒碗里，可能这样更放心一些。
