一般对於苦瓜,我的方法是用盐码一下(就是加盐,随便用手兜一兜,放一会儿),然後取出来稍稍挤一下挤去盐水,用凉水过一下,,
这样的好处是既少了苦涩味又没有青涩味...∶)
