is not possible to store that amount of energy anywhere to launch the jet.
The only possible way is to use a big generator to drive big motor to lanuch the jet(load)within the vessal. it is like a cycle load every few minutes pick up the big load.
In power system the only possible way to release that amount of power in an instant is a short circuit which means every few minutes there will be a short circuit happens.
Chinese mil should find with some real experts on power system to resolve the Electromagnetism ejection. I am not surprised that US can not make it too.
As far as I know only few experts in us can be called expert today IN POWER SYSTEM. Their power system is even weaker than that of in china. However, in China there are too many fake experts even some held "YUAN SHI" title or from qing hua universities are all not very good.Too bad.
