Glad you mentioned Bruce Cumings who incidentally co authored with Jon Halladay, Chang Jung's hu*****and, a book called I believe "Korean War".
Cumings was very critical of Halladay and didn't understand why Halladay had a sudden change of view on Korean War and in his book with Chang "Mao's Untold Story".
