a little extreme. 商人support the politians with money to

run their election campaigns and to get favors. The politicians then use this money to give the American public campaign promises that most likely would not come true or with big compromises. In the end, most Americans were in fact, gets confused and decieved by many politicians that uses special interest groups' money. The kind that uses their own money to run for office usually are millionairs or billionairs who actually can fulfill their promises as they are less influenced by the special interest lobby groups but they are true merchants at heart. It is very tough for Americans to elect someone decent and many people generally gets turn off by politics because of its murkiness. It's not sun shines and flowers in US politics, but always overcast and hard to see.
