政治上：多国谴责。欧盟，俄，中都会。连朝核会都会被这事搞砸的。

这次法中俄都会投反对票，英国弃权。

经济上：损失的会是美国公司（被伊朗驱除），而欧盟和中都会更加巩固在伊朗的能源资本以保护自己的能源地盘。

军事上，俄中会把更多的武器秘密送给伊朗以作美国入侵的准备。欧盟可能也可在只再经济上帮忙。

因为美国已经用了以伊拉克有核武器的理由占领了伊拉克，这次不会再如此的傻用同样的理由去打伊朗了。
