1) The Korean War started at the 38th paralell, and ended at there;

2) Casualties of both sides almost equalled - in details if further looking into, that the UN troops led by the USA was slighty higher than the China Volunteer Army plus the N Korea army;

3) There has Not been any war in the Korean Penisula for over 66 years so far.  

Conclusion: At the most, the war was draw. There was No winner at least, because of too many died.
