有一只小白兔在一个半径为r圆形的池塘里划船玩。当小白兔划到池塘中心时，突然发现岸边有一只瘸腿狼在盯着它。船底有一个小洞，水慢慢的但是不停的往船里流，时间长了的话船早晚要沉。小白兔和瘸腿狼都不会游泳。如果小白兔比瘸腿狼早那么一点儿到达岸边的任何一处的话，在陆地上小白兔比瘸腿狼跑得快。可是瘸腿狼跑的速度是小白兔划船速度的3.2倍。你说，小白兔能够活着逃脱吗？请证明能或不能。
