Please stop teaching her while you are not sure how to teach. You can leave her alone for now. Wait till she is in grade 6 and find her a tutoring school, eg. Kumon. I promise you within 6 - 12 months, your daughter's match will be great.

This is my experience. When I brought my grade 6 kid to Kumon, she was place to start Grade 1 month. 6 months later, she was alredy doing grade 6 math. This way, you also protect her confidence. Please do not hurt her confidence and make her feel stupid
