Yes, I will try to cultivate her interest whenever possible, like in the car or other places.
I have thought of this: If it is true she is slow at math, then what? She is still good at lots of things such as reading, writing, making friends and being a sweetheart. If it is true she were good at nothing, she is still my daughter, and I still love her. Actually, she does not care so much about the "Gifted Program" as I do. Why do I have to burden her with my desire and anxiety? Once I got this, I just need to learn to be patient, and do what I need to do in a right way.
What do you guys think?
