板凳低估林蜜的IQ.蜜们跟板凳们有文化冲突

有一种文化总想着自己的缺点，换一个词就是谦虚谨慎，戒骄戒躁。而另一种文化则是多看看自己的优点，增强信心，锐意进取。就象小孩教育一样，一个老说小孩怎么怎么不行，而另一个则总能发现小孩的优点给他加油，效果很显然了。
