请问关于带井的出租房井水问题

Hello, 加洲一个出租房, 用井水, 去年9月 well service, bacteria test negative, deemed to be drinkable. 
最近房客说brown tint in toilet, 问metal, chemical 什么的测过没有. PM本来认为 mineral issue 不在房住范围内, 可他们不确定, 我也弄不清楚. 找 county问了一圈,  除了bacteria没有别的什么standard, 但是county water agency 有推荐测试的 inorganics. 我现在先找了个  contractor 去看看为什么有 brown tint再说. 想问问, 在这种情况下, 房主应该做的都有哪些. 谢谢.
