Well contractor 回信了, well water a little bit tan, should be from earth, could be caused by aged pump, he did some adjustment work and taste the water, it's much better now. He asked the tenant to let the water run for a week or 2, then we can do a bacteria test to make sure the water is safe. I will then find some lab to do inorganics test to ease tenant's mind...
