无赖房东不退security deposit,想到small claim 法庭告她，请有经验的朋友给看看

Out of $500 security deposit:

1. $65 professional carpet cleaning
2. $135 other cleanings
3. $200 because apartment was massy and dirty at the time the landlord's agent show the apt to future tenant.

Only $100 was returned to us.

We lived there for 2 years, always pay rent on time. Never even put a nail on the wall. When we left, we complete cleaned everything. Yet, she deduct $125 out of it.

The apartment is still not renting out after we left (a little over one month),therefore the landlord is trying to find ways to compensate for herself.

Do you think it's worth going to court for a few hundred dollors? 实在气不过

By the way, the landlord is living a few thousand miles away (other state), if by any chance Ｉ　ｌｏｓｅ　ｔｈｅ　ｃｌａｉｍ，　ｄｏ　Ｉ need to pay for her flight ?
