Ｉchecked the land record, but couldn't find the rental agent for the property.

But anyways, if the landlord wouldn't come in court in person, and ask her agent to present, she still needs to pay the agent. I just want to make sure in case I　loose, I don't have to pay any fee involved in the other party, other than the processing fee, which is about $30.
