someone said being an immigration lawyer doesn't need much English. I guess you are talking about immigration agent instead of lawyer.Not sure how long you work for a law office or you ever worked in a law office. An immigration agent does those form filling work while a sophisticated immigration lawyer need go to the court and write brief to help his/her client if he/she is in deportation proceedings or he/she has been stayed in US illegally but would like to gain status legally afterwards. Anyway my point is that it's definitely not easy to be a lawyer , any kind of good lawyer, to be more precise. Please don't talk like an authority if you are not.
