我該怎麼辦

我居住在一個complex 裡. 每月付association fee. 去年三月整个complex修foundation以後,我家的地基變的更壞, 前门下雨進水, 後門只能開一半更不要說牆壁,天花板到處是縫. 我打电话. 發送电子邮件從去年底到現在. 不修也沒有回應.我該怎麼辦?.請單身老貓和各位帮忙.謝謝.
