兄弟，美国的法律系统不是可以让您如此玩弄的。如果你不付这笔费用，对方可以hire一个专们collect court Judgement 的律师，with Writ of Garnishment,对方可以从你的雇主，你的银行帐户中收取这笔费用，with Turnover Proceedings对方可以征收你的任何不动产，你的车 .to get the monet back.
老实说，对方可以把你的life翻两翻，所以不管你想做什麽，最好想清楚後果 !
