输了官司不给钱有什么后果

告一老美，后来没功夫打官司就没出庭。判我赔给对方七百诉讼费用。本来是他的错，我没功夫打理还要赔钱，心中不平。不想给，但又怕有什么法律后果。请指教。多谢。
