我到一个新地方，找了一个临时地方住。那是一个single house,房东租给了４个房客,她自己不住。我搬进去时，交了１个月房租，一个月押金。没有合同（LEASE）。一个月后搬出来，房东想赖掉押金不给。请问我有什么办法要回来？谢谢.
