奇怪的是我的Lease上没有写Early Termination 的情况。

"Lessor hereby leases to Lessee a dwelling at XXXXXXXf for a term commencing at noon on the 1st day of August 2009 and terminating at noon on the 30th day of June, 2010 upon terms and conditions herein set forth. Lease is a month to month lease between Lessor and Lessee."

这种Lease该如何处理呢？Thanks
