在房子Lease开始之前毁约会导致多少损失

我现在住在一个两室一厅的公寓，从别人转租过来的。但我后来又延期了，新Lease将
从8月开始，但是我越来越不想在这儿住下去了，主要是各个方面都不如意，特别是公
寓管理人员态度太差。

请问在这种情况下，我们单方毁约搬出去最坏的结果会是怎样的呢？拿不回押金？付下
一个Lease的所有房租？（与公寓管理人员协商解约失败）
