Question for 单身老猫

The brief story I already posted on

I'm being charged as family disorder and will go to court in 2 weeks.

My questions is, will it be helpful if I provide the following evidence?

1. My wife claimed in writing I locked her and other family member in the car. I can prove my car does not have the function to lock some one inside from outside.

2. When I got arrested, my wife took out all the money in an account where we have both our paycheck direct deposited in and we use it for all our expense. I can provide bank statement as proof.

The 2nd one is not directly related to the charge, but can i still show it and will it be helpful?
