您的問題是您有沒有對您的妻子動手,而不是這些問題. 這些問題只有說明您們夫婦的感情不合,並不能說明您的問題. 也不能因此來說明您有權動手.

當然您的律師可以利用這個資料來建立一個合理的懷疑來說明您的夫人的說法是否可信. 然而法官所需要考慮的問題是您是否有動手,如果有任何證據可以明確證明您動了手,您的罪名就有可能成立.

個人的建議是您應該找律師好好談一談.不要自己胡思亂想.
