我从CRAIGLIST找了个HANDYMAN 修理家里的水龙头.

他说他还可以帮我把SINK 换了, 我买了新的SINK. he did very lousy job. after a couple of month, sink is fall off.

He painted my house, but not finished as he supposed to do. I paid him all. He is not coming back, I called him several times, he never answered my phone. I sent him text message, he replied, he said he and his wife are very busy, and will be back and finishing job when I am home, I told him, come anytime.

Then no sign of him after a month.

Today, I called him, his wife answered phone, told me that he wont come back to fix or finish the job, then starting adding F word!!!

I was so shocked, I told her You Wait I am going to sue you!

what should I do? go to people court?
