没有任何reference的人你也敢雇啊?你当然可以告,但是没什么用.这号人被告多了,根本不怕,输了也不还钱.电视上专门报道过这类人,不少人比你惨多了,十几万砸下去,房子拆的乱七八糟,从此人再也不来了.

希望你花费不太多,买个教训吧.这在美国几乎是常识,一定要reference.
