明天上NY Local Criminal Court 因为超速 - 急求教

在55MPH Zone开76 MPH。 如果警察没去是不是就没罪不罚钱了？是用LASER测的速。如果辩论，可不可以说他找错了车？可不可以说他的LASER不准？问他的LASER上次什么时候校准的? Thank you for any advise!
