聞題在樓主超過限速over 20 miles所以是criminal offence 如果控罪是 reckless driving (NYC Vehicle and Traffic Code §1212 ) which is a misdemeanor charge, (up to 12 points and $300 to $2000),樓主如果play smart mouth,樓主絕對討不了好.
